    Umeshu matured in nine years, it has a deep, fresh and natural aroma, and rich fresh green plum pulp. Common to add ice or soda water for after-dinner wine.

    The taste is thick and dense, with plum paste in the mouth, rich fruit flavor, long aftertaste, and full of firmness. The taste of plum fills the entire mouth. 20% alcohol, but there is no spicy feeling in the mouth.

    Elegant sake with fruity in fragrance, Goka Sennenju has a delightfully rich body and smooth taste. Also excellent for fusion and crossover cuisine which uses such traditional Japanese flavors as yuzu citrus, konbu kelp, dashi soup stock and soy sauce.

    A special junmai sake brewed using the traditional method of brewing sake, kimoto-zukuri. No yeast is added, the shubo is naturally fermented at a low temperature for 40 days, and then fermented for another 30 days to slowly and carefully finish it. You can feel the acidity, strong umami, and depth of flavor from the kimoto-zukuri method.
    It goes well with creamy dishes using dairy products such as gratin, blue cheese and washed cheese.

    “Ultra” because the place where rice grew is another dimension. The Tojo area is divided into three areas: “Upper Tojo”, “Middle Tojo”, and “Lower Tojo”. It is a sake that brews only contract-grown rice fields in Upper Tojo. The lively fruity taste hits the beginning and then the acidity gradually becomes prominent, the tatse is light with a pure and intense flavour. The finish is full of fresh citrus fruits.
