    Pavillon is the second label of our Blend 001. Inspired by the pavillon located adjacent to our kura, it is a blend of  Tanaka’ s handcrafted sakes using the same philosophy and care as our  agship Blend 001.

    Pavillon of Blend 001 is wilder, full-bodied, with a mouth- filling texture in the mouth and  made to be enjoyed younger. It is our “hommage” to the second wine of Bordeaux’s top grand cru.

    DOMINANT AROMA: Mango, almonds milk, buttery

    MOUTHFEEL: Full-bodied, but also rounder, softer and enveloping then the Blend 001.

    LINGERING FLAVORS: Peach, coco milk, anis notes.

    Recommendation pairing with beurre blanc salmon, mushrooms chicken and soft cheeses plate, without forting all Asian style dish.

    Kuehiji’s signature junmai daiginjo.
    An elegant, harmonious sake made with brewing techniques
    designed to impart flavors faithful to the ingredient rice,
    Eau du Desir is created with the palates of sake drinkers
    veteran and novice alike. Made with Yamadanishiki, this brew features the deep and profound flavors indicative of these varietals. These grains are also well suited for long-term aging, while gifting the sake brewed from them a velvety and pleasant mouthfeel.
    Good to go with foie gras terrine, hard cheese, white meat.

    KAMOSHIBITO KUHEIJI JDG KURODADSHO-NI-UMARETE 16% 720ML

    Using 100% Yamada Nishiki. Kuroda is the name of the town where we are making rice. The numbers inscribed on the label indicate the latitude and longitude of the rice field that cultivated rice. Fruity sake of mainly grapefruit and lychee. Especially the citrus scent is the strongest even among their range of sake.

    Fruity aroma of citrus and good impact of the powerful taste strongly emerges from the characteristics of sake rice, Omachi. Powerful minerals and astringent taste with crisp acid.

    The fruity sweetness reminiscent of yellow peach is characteristic in the refreshing scent and sourness of a cross between muscat grapes and green apples.
    The native species of Omachi is lavishly shaved to create a complex balance unique to Omine.

    City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, home to the mysterious land of Akiyoshidai, which has a history of 300 million years, and the largest limestone cave in the East, Akiyoshido.
    Ohmine Sake Brewery was revived in 2010 after a half-century hiatus in order to spread the premium sake “Ohmine” to the world in this land where magnificent nature remains.
    Yamadanishiki, the highest grade sake rice grown with contracted farmers. Water used for brewing is Benten no Yusui, known as the water of the gods. It is characterized by its fragrance, lightness and umami, and sweetness on the palate.
     
    Based on the basic philosophy of “respecting classic recipes while creating sake that our predecessors could not achieve”, this sake brewery is currently attracting attention as it is creating a new Japanese sake whirlwind both in Japan and overseas.

    One of the central pillars of the Masumi brand. Subtle astringency and a fragrance reminiscent of young Fuji apples. A superbly balanced dry sake.
    A light, fragrant Junmai Ginjo. This is called “karakuchi”, which means “dry”, but there is also a pleasant sweetness to this sake. It is subtly fragrant, thanks to yeast number 9, and comes off as a light, dry, easy drinking sake.

    It is a local sake brewed in Yamaguchi Prefecture served as the only Nihonshu. It is also served to the Prime Minister Shinzo Abe when he visited Yamaguchi Prefecture.

    Russian President Vladimir Putin had also shown interest in the taste of Touyoubijin sake. it has a fruity scent, fresh and transparent taste.

    Its price is exceptional in cost performance as well, and it dares to make it a Junmai Daiginjo but it is 50% polished rice.
