Born Junmai Daiginjo Echizen Kantsubaki 16% 720ml GB
Winter is not often imagined as the season when flowers bloom. A cold camellia that blooms in such a winter. “Born Kantsubaki” is also a Junmai Daiginjo sake that conveys the strength and nobility of the core in the fragility, like the Kantsubaki that blooms dignifiedly in the snowy Echizen garden. The sake rice used is Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo’s special A district. The sake brewed as Junmai Daiginjo was aged for two years in an ice temperature room kept at 0 degrees after bottling.
