Origin Miyagi Alcohol 6% Polishing 7% SMV ±0 Size 720ml We launched this premium sake in 2015 in collaboration with contemporary artists.
Since its inception we have been honored to work with different Japanese contemporary artists each year.
When rice is highly polished, it becomes extremely difficult to cultivate koji, which makes it difficult to extract the umami derived from koji, but with KIZASHI, we succeeded in extracting 1.5 times the umami than Zankyo Super 7 which also has a 7% rice polishing ration.
We brew KIZASHI so its proportion of residual sugar falls in between that of NIIZAWA and Zankyo Super 7.
This will age beautifully when stored in a refrigerator.
It is a precious sake and we only brew 1000 bottles per year.
Each year we collaborate with a different artist, therefore the label differs each year.[Awards]

Sake, like all wines & spirits, suffers from exposure to oxygen after opening. The delicate aromas and taste elements change from their original condition. Sakesave™ prevents these changes from occurring and guarantees the original flavours & aromas will remain. Allowing the sake to remain fresh and as if it has just been opened.
HOW IT WORKS:
Made with 100% all natural, food grade argon gas, which is inert, completely harmless, colourless, flavourless, odourless and tasteless. SAKESAVE™ is heavier than the air and sinks below the air in the bottle to form a perfect layer of protection just above the sake, preventing oxygen absorption and oxidation.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Insert tube into the bottle just above the surface of the sake.
2. Spray for one second, or longer if the bottle is larger than normal.
3. Without delay reseal bottle with original cap, cork or stopper.
TIPS:
For best results after use, keep sake bottle upright, still and in a cool, dark place. Use right after pouring and before storing.
